Evidence before inclusion
Producer profiles are built from current appellation records, public registers, producer-controlled material, municipal or regional sources and other dated evidence. A postal address alone is not treated as proof of a winery, vineyard or visitor facility in the same municipality.
One subject, one profile
Brands, companies, projects and shared facilities are reconciled before publication. Separate public identities are not merged merely because they share an owner, telephone number, address or group website. Earlier names and unresolved records remain visible where they help prevent duplicate or misleading entries.
Dates and uncertainty
Material claims are dated where the underlying information can change. Conflicting dates or classifications are retained and explained when the evidence does not justify selecting one. Visitor prices and programmes should always be reconfirmed directly.
Images
A contextual village or vineyard photograph does not identify a producer's premises unless the caption says that it does. Image credits and licences are supplied where required, and producer-specific buildings are not used for unrelated profiles.
Corrections
Substantive corrections should change both the affected profile and any village or directory record that depends on it. Corrections can be sent to info@prioratwine.es. Complete company details will be added when the operating company has been formed.
