Adrets del Priorat operates its own winery in Torroja del Priorat, established there in 2023. The DOQ record describes 7.5 hectares across eight plots in several appellation municipalities.
The plots are in the process of organic certification. That is a current transition claim, not a statement that the whole estate is already certified.
