A cooperative for wine and olive oil
Agrícola d’Ulldemolins was founded in 1954 as the village agricultural cooperative. It produces both DO Montsant wine and Siurana PDO olive oil and began bottling wine in 2003.
Agrícola d’Ulldemolins Sant Jaume, the cooperative shop identity and Vins del Silenci belong to the same producer subject rather than three separate wineries.

Vins del Silenci
The range takes its name from the Vall del Silenci, where many members' vineyards lie between Montsant and the Serra de la Llena.

The cooperative works Garnatxa, Garnatxa Blanca and Macabeu among its local grapes. Individual blends should be checked against each current technical record.
