Vineyard work from the 1980s, wine from 2005
The Aixalà and Alcait family records vineyard work from the 1980s and the first bottle of Pardelasses in 2005. Those dates describe agricultural continuity and the start of the present wine project respectively.
Regional tourism describes the estate's vineyard production as organic. The claim is retained as a sourced producer statement rather than broadened into an independent certification assertion.

Pardelasses and Les Clivelles kept parcel-specific
Pardelasses
The first wine identity, established with the 2005 bottle. A documented 2017 release used equal parts Garnatxa and Carinyena; that blend remains vintage-specific.
Les Clivelles de Torroja red
A Carinyena parcel wine from Les Clivelles, with the producer placing the vineyard between 300 and 400 metres. The altitude belongs to that vineyard, not all Torroja sites.
Les Clivelles de Torroja white
The published white uses equal parts Garnatxa Blanca and Macabeu with three months in acacia. The specification belongs to the documented release.

Place relationship
One winery with two published street numbers
The DOQ page gives Carrer Balandra, 8, while current Priorat tourism and Peñín wine-tourism records give Carrer Balandra, 43. The relationship between those numbers has not been established, so the booking confirmation should control the visit.
