DOQ Priorat · Torroja del Priorat
Celler Escoda Pallejà
A small Torroja family cellar established in 2008 around a replanted half-hectare parcel and the Palet wine identity.

Producer identity
A half-hectare beginning in 2008
Celler Escoda Pallejà was established in 2008 when the family replanted a half-hectare parcel. The DOQ account records 1,500 vines across Garnatxa, Carinyena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The bottle count is a vineyard-establishment figure in the official account, not a permanent production total or evidence of four separate wines.
Current wine evidence
Palet and the Tricolavet vineyard name
Palet
The cellar's established red identity, documented as ageing in older French and American oak barrels. That account does not make barrel age or composition fixed for every vintage.
Palet Vinya Tricolavet
A documented 2023 wine carrying the Tricolavet vineyard name. The parcel designation remains part of the Palet range rather than a second producer.
Palet Most de Flor
A further documented Palet identity. Current evidence supports the wine name without a sufficiently stable technical specification to generalise across releases.
Place relationship
A registered cellar at Carrer de la Font
The DOQ record and a bottlers-register record place the cellar and installation at Carrer de la Font, 16 in Torroja del Priorat.
