Celler Mas de les Vinyes
A family estate beside the Montsant river at Cabacés, founded as a winery in 1999 on land worked by the family since the 1930s.

Producer identity
Wine inside a mixed family holding
Celler Mas de les Vinyes was founded in 1999, while the family has lived and worked in this hollow beside the Montsant river since the 1930s. The mas became the winery at the centre of a mixed agricultural estate.
The current DO Montsant record places the producer at Mas de les Vinyes in Cabacés. The estate name and the winery name refer to one public producer subject.
Current wine evidence
Local and introduced varieties
Garnatxa and Carinyena
The official producer record includes the two established local red varieties in the estate's range.
Macabeu
The local white variety appears alongside the red grapes and remains part of the same Cabacés producer portfolio.
Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
The producer also works introduced varieties. Their presence does not turn one mixed estate into separate projects.
Place relationship
A river-bend estate at Cabacés
Vines grow alongside olive, almond, cherry and other fruit crops. Wine is therefore one part of the estate's agricultural record rather than its only land use.
The winery is outside the compact village beside the Montsant river. An appointment and exact meeting instructions should be confirmed before travelling.
