Celler Ronadelles began in 2002 as a family winery with the stated objective of making biodynamic wines. Cap de Ruc is its principal public wine identity, not another producer.
The winery, shop and current visitor meeting point are at Finca la Plana in Cornudella de Montsant. Its associated gastronomy and wine-tourism offers do not create separate cellar identities.

Cap de Ruc
The range includes Chardonnay, Garnatxa Blanca, Carinyena, Vi de Guarda and sweet-wine releases. Each composition and ageing statement remains attached to the named wine and vintage.
Vins i Llegendes
An aged red identity included in the regional current tasting record. Its narrative branding does not establish a separate producer.
Giral Vinyes Velles
An old-vine red within the Ronadelles portfolio. The vineyard-age claim remains scoped to the wine rather than applied to all Ronadelles vineyards.
Biodynamic production
The producer and DO Montsant describe the project as biodynamic. No broader certification scope is inferred beyond the records supplied by those sources.
Place relationship
Finca la Plana in Cornudella
Finca la Plana is the operational centre. The current signature-wine experience begins in front of the winery and includes emblematic vineyards, ageing rooms and a tasting.
The producer requires booking at least forty-eight hours in advance for the published signature visit. Availability is limited to specified weekdays and weekends.
