Clos Mesorah is the Marçà estate and DO Montsant identity within Elvi Wines. Elvi Wines is the wider producer organisation; the two names do not create two independent municipal winery profiles.
The current producer site describes its operation as entirely kosher. That claim is attributed to Elvi Wines and does not justify adding supervision, mevushal status or other religious-production details to individual wines without a wine-specific source.

The estate's flagship DO Montsant red. The published 2022 release is a blend of Carinyena, Garnatxa and Syrah, but its percentages remain vintage-specific.
