Producer identity
A family project named for three children
Clos Pachem is Michel Grupper's family winery in Gratallops. The name combines the names Paul, Charles and Emma and remains one producer identity rather than three family labels.
The building by HArquitectes is part of the producer's public identity. Its natural materials and passive environmental strategy support the winery operation rather than forming a separate attraction business.

Pachem, Licos and Camí de la Mina
Pachem Garnatxa and Pachem Carinyena
Two single-variety identities in the estate range. The grape claims remain attached to the named bottles.
Licos
A separate Clos Pachem wine included in current private and architectural tastings.
Camí de la Mina
