Producer identity

Miguel and Miquel name one producer

The official directory uses Miguel Caldentey Cabré, while Catalan editorial and event records use Miquel Caldentey. They are language forms for one Gratallops producer, not two identities.

The Quod Agis project began in 2007 with about 300 bottles made from Garnatxa Peluda and initial vinification support from René Barbier at Clos Mogador. In 2017 Caldentey acquired and adapted a house on Carrer Valls as his own winery. That historic production relationship does not create a second Clos Mogador profile.

Current wine evidence

Three Quod Agis expressions

Quod Agis — Garnatxa Peluda

One of three documented commercial expressions, centred on Garnatxa Peluda and at times complemented by a small amount of old-vine Carinyena.

Quod Agis — old-vine Carinyena

A second expression from Carinyena at El Maset and Les Aubagues. The vineyard names remain part of the one producer record.

Quod Agis — young Carinyena

A younger wine from Carinyena planted in the higher part of Mas de Porrera, with Syrah and Cabernet Franc contemplated in the blend. The published account describes a type rather than supplying a distinct label name.

White-wine work

A 2023 account documented experimental Macabeu and Garnatxa Blanca, with Pedro Ximénez or Escanyavella under consideration. It did not establish a released current white wine.

Place relationship

Four named Gratallops estates

The producer reported nearly eight hectares, all in Gratallops, across Mas de Porrera, El Maset, Les Aubagues and Les Guinarderes. Some old vines were attributed to a 1906 family planting.

The official record gives Carrer Valls, 34. No current public visit programme, duration or price was verified.
