Trossos del Priorat

A family Gratallops estate combining an organically certified vineyard and winery with guided visits and seven-room rural accommodation.

Producer identity

Wine, visits and accommodation under one subject

The Vives family began Trossos del Priorat in 2003, while the DOQ profile describes the decision to start the Gratallops wine project in 2004. The two dates are retained as the family origin and formal project account rather than forced into one founding year.

The current site combines one winery with seven rooms rented as a complete rural house. Accommodation enlarges the public offer but does not create a separate wine producer.

Organic scope

The DOQ record states that the 21 hectares of vineyard are certified organic. The current producer site describes its DOQ Priorat wines as produced organically.
