Producer identity

A Marçà winery completed in 2021

Acústic Celler began at the end of 2003 when Albert Jané bought its first old Garnatxa vineyard. The first harvest followed in 2004 in a small cellar in Els Guiamets, production moved to Marçà in 2010 and the purpose-built Finca l'Hostal winery was completed in 2021.

The producer describes a climate-controlled cellar with forty fermentation tanks, three hundred French oak barrels, larger wooden vessels, cement eggs and amphorae. These are current production details rather than a claim that every wine uses every vessel.

Current wine evidence

Old vineyards across a red and white range

Acústic Negre

A DO Montsant red centred on old-vine Carinyena and Garnatxa. The blend is vintage-specific and should be checked against the current technical sheet.

Braó

A small-production red from old Carinyena and Garnatxa vineyards. The producer describes Braó as the more concentrated interpretation within the range.

Auditori and Auditori Blanc

Auditori is the producer's Garnatxa red. Auditori Blanc brings together Garnatxa Blanca from Valsellada, Pansal from La Serra and Macabeu from Tros de Marmellans in the published technical account.

Acústic Blanc

The current technical page records 93% Garnatxa Blanca with Macabeu, Pansal and Garnatxa Roja. Organic status is stated from the 2021 vintage rather than applied retrospectively to every release.

Place relationship

Acústic and Ritme remain separate public identities

Finca l'Hostal lies outside Marçà on the TV-3002 towards Capçanes. The producer records five planted hectares at the new winery with a plan for nine hectares in total.

Ritme Celler at La Vilella Alta is operated by Acústic Celler SLU but remains a separate DOQ Priorat public identity. The organisational relationship does not create a second Acústic Celler municipal entry or move either range between appellations.
