Producer identity
One producer across two appellations
Buil & Giné began making its first wine in 1996 and dates the producer's establishment to the following period. The current DOQ Priorat record places the winery and visitor operation at Gratallops.
The portfolio contains wines from DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant. The shared producer and tasting room do not erase the appellation stated on each wine.

Giné Giné and a wider regional portfolio
Giné Giné
The founding wine identity of the project and part of its DOQ Priorat range. Its current blend remains vintage-specific.
Priorat site wines
The portfolio includes wines tied to the producer's Gratallops and wider Priorat vineyard record. Individual site and vine-age claims stay with the named release.
DO Montsant wines
Separate wines draw on the producer's Montsant vineyards. Their presence in the same catalogue does not make them DOQ Priorat.
A mixed-variety estate
Published records include local Garnatxa and Carinyena alongside several introduced red and white varieties. No one grape describes the full range.
Place relationship
A visitor winery above Gratallops
The winery was designed to combine production and visitor use. Accommodation and restaurant services expand the public offer but remain attached to the one producer subject.
The estate record spans vineyards in both appellations. Llicorella claims belong to the relevant Priorat parcels and are not transferred to every Montsant site.
