Producer identity
A wine producer inside a broader fermentation company
El Solà d’Ares presents itself as a producer of estate wine, grape beer, olive oil and kombucha, as well as a fermentation consultancy. Those activities belong to one public business rather than four producer subjects.
Its current public contact is in Falset, while dated DOQ Priorat events and vineyard records establish the Torroja relationship. The contact base does not move the Torroja vineyards into Falset.

Bessons, Sauri and later experimental work
Bessons
A continuing wine family with documented Carinyena, Garnatxa and Syrah expressions. Individual bottlings and vintages remain separate specifications inside one producer range.
Sauri
A range conceived in 2007 from the wider operation's own Montsant-area vineyards and described outside an appellation in a dated account. It is not used to label the Torroja relationship as DO Montsant.
Llop
A current red identity associated with Garnatxa in a 2021 record. The grape and vineyard statement belongs to that release.
Beyond wine
Grape beer and kombucha appear beside wine in the producer's current fermentation work. They do not enlarge the winery census.

The producer publishes Torroja vineyard and tasting enquiries through its current contact channel. No fixed current meeting point, duration or price was verified.
A 2015 Torroja event included a visit to an El Solà d’Ares property. That dated event establishes a local vineyard relationship, not permanent public access.
