Estones Vins
The Falset cellar of sommelier Sergi Montalà and winemaker Salvi Moliner, trading through the linked identities Estones Vins and Vins de Mas Sersal.

Producer identity
Two public names, one producer
Sergi Montalà and Salvi Moliner began the project in 2008. DO Montsant lists it as Estones - Vins de Mas Sersal; the producer site uses both names. They are two public expressions of one winery, not separate Falset entries.
The cellar works at Nau Bahaus in the Sort dels Capellans industrial area. Its own account places Garnatxa vines on a ten-hectare estate around Falset and an old Carinyena vineyard in Els Guiamets.
Current wine evidence
Garnatxa and Carinyena set the direction
Secret and Estones
The producer identifies Secret 2008 and Estones 2009 as its first two vintages, built around Garnatxa and Carinyena and aged for thirteen months in French and American oak.
Petites Estones Negre
The 2021 technical sheet gives 90% Garnatxa and 10% Carinyena, with red clay and panal named for that release. The blend and soil record are vintage-specific.
A wider portfolio
The producer also publishes wine identities outside that original pair. Each carries its own appellation and technical record, so the Falset address does not make every Estones bottle DO Montsant.
Place relationship
Falset production, fruit from two municipalities
Production takes place in Falset. The producer's Carinyena account reaches into Els Guiamets without creating a second municipal winery profile.
Estones PX has been released under DO Terra Alta. That appellation belongs to the wine record and is not evidence that the Falset cellar has moved.
