Producer identity
A family house converted back to wine
Celler Joan Simó occupies the Porrera house where the current owner's grandfather was born. The first 1999 production was 1,100 bottles; the DOQ account records a cellar capacity of 25,000 bottles.
The producer's vineyard geography extends beyond Porrera to Bellmunt del Priorat and, in documented releases, fruit from El Molar. Those sources do not create additional producer profiles in either municipality.

Les Eres, Les Sentius and a small Carners selection
Les Eres
The founding old-vine wine, linked to a steep Porrera site planted principally with Carinyena and Garnatxa.
Les Sentius
The second wine, associated with later plantings around La Garranxa. A documented 2020 blend also used Cabernet Sauvignon from El Molar; that sourcing is vintage-specific.
Les Eres Especial dels Carners
A very small selection made only when the Els Carners fruit warrants it. Els Carners is recorded above Bellmunt del Priorat.

Porrera is the cellar; the vineyards cross municipal lines
The producer distinguishes the cooler Porrera and La Garranxa sites from the warmer Tros Nou and Els Carners sites around Bellmunt del Priorat.
The DOQ record publishes visits by prior reservation in Catalan, Spanish and English.
