Costers del Priorat was founded in 2000 and has its winery at Mas dels Frares in El Molar. The producer works with Sant Martí, Mas Alsera and Les Solanes across different parts of DOQ Priorat.

Pissarres
The flagship red combines Carinyena and Garnatxa from Mas Alsera in Torroja and Sant Martí in Bellmunt, making the cross-municipality blend visible.
Clos Cypres
A limited Carinyena Vi de Paratge associated with a named cypress-lined vineyard. Its classification and variety remain wine-specific.
Petit Pissarres
A separate wine within the producer's range rather than a second producer or estate.
Blanc de Pissarres
The white counterpart retains its own vineyard and vintage record; it should not inherit the red's blend.

Mas dels Frares in El Molar is the winery address. Bellmunt's Bancalets and Sant Martí relationships and Torroja's Mas Alsera vineyard do not enlarge the municipal winery count.
