A multi-appellation union of Catalan cooperatives, with distinct production centres at Els Guiamets in DO Montsant and Poboleda in DOQ Priorat.
Producer identity
One organisation, several cooperative relationships
Cellers Unió is a second-tier cooperative: an organisation formed by cooperatives rather than a merger of individual village wineries.
The Els Guiamets cellar joined the group in 2014 and is its principal DO Montsant production centre. The Poboleda facility was established in 1954 and remains its DOQ Priorat centre, with further cooperative relationships documented at Gratallops and Porrera.
Cellers Unió is separate from Vinícola del Priorat, the four-village producer shared by Gratallops, El Lloar, La Vilella Alta and La Vilella Baixa. Similar cooperative inheritance does not merge the two organisations.

Els Guiamets and Poboleda ranges
Perlat
A DO Montsant range associated with selected vineyards around Els Guiamets. The producer records bush vines more than 30 years old for the red.
Dairo
A DO Montsant red blending Garnatxa, Carinyena and Syrah, with six months in oak in the current product record.
Mas dels Mets
A range retained through the 2014 transition and currently associated by Cellers Unió with production at Els Guiamets.
Vinyes de Poboleda
The current 2024 DOQ Priorat red is a Garnatxa and Carinyena blend aged for four months in French oak. The composition is scoped to that release.
Place relationship
Two production centres kept distinct
The historic Els Guiamets cellar entered Cellers Unió in 2014. The group identifies the village as its point of reference within DO Montsant.
At Poboleda, the DOQ record gives Carrer Portal, s/n, while a current professional directory gives Carrer del Carme, 8. These may describe different entrances or records, but the relationship has not been established.
The two facilities and the Gratallops and Porrera cooperative relationships belong to one producer subject; they do not create separate Cellers Unió profiles.
